Nobody's helping me again......everyone's sick.....okay, anyway, i have a habit of using random terms here......so, please, maybe you could guess what they are, cuz they are quite......explicit?

A man has been indicted for mugging a lady for her underwear in the street, tearing off her pantsu whilst she was still wearing them in a brazen act of pantsu theft.

According to the public prosecutor, the 27-year-old man approached his victim, a 27-year-old lady, on the streets of Sapporo; he then knocked her over and proceeded to tear off items of her clothing, including her underwear, which he ran off with.

The lady was mildly injured in the assault, being scratched by the assailant as he feverishly pulled off her pantsu for reasons we can only guess at.

Making good his escape, he was chased by a male onlooker, who he punched in the face, such was his determination to evade capture.

After his eventual arrest he was charged with indecent assault and robbery.

The case is also notable for being Hokkaido’s first to involve a “lay judge”; recent reforms to Japan’s justice system have added a quasi-jury (randomly selected citizens serve as junior judges alongside professional judges) to render judgement on cases.

Hopefully the legal niceties of pantsu mugging are not lost on them; doubtless plenty of experts on this topic can be found amongst the nation’s teachers and doctors, so the courts are surely in safe hands…

In other random news,
Ishikawa was recently witness to a strange weather recently: a rain of tadpoles with a chance of fish.

Residents claim to have heard unusual noises overnight, and woke to find tadpoles littering cars, sidewalks, and yards. Neither meteorologists nor local officials can explain why the Japanese prefecture was subject to this kind of precipitation.

The event occurred once again on Saturday in a nearby town, with tadpoles found in a 300-square-meter radius, apparently ruling out some bizarre prank.

Then, on Tuesday night, small fish are said to have fallen from the sky nearby in yet another Fortean meteorological mystery.

“I’ve never seen anything like this before,” a meteorologist said. “We have no idea what caused it.”

It is not uncommon for waterspouts to develop, which may pick up and carry small aquatic vertebrates such as these, but no other precipitation was reported along with the falling creatures, and neither were conditions favorable for waterspout activity. Each of the three sites are however located on or just inland of the ocean, not that tadpoles are known to lead a marine life…

With the generously long beta testing period on the Xbox 360 finally over, Tales of Vesperia is finally nearing release on the PS3, and has been firmly dated.

The game is dated for a September 19th release, at ¥7,800 in Japan.

An international release date is not given, but given that the original dates were close together a long wait seems unlikely, and at any rate the game is hardly likely to be delayed further.

Additionally, it seems pirate loli Patty has been fully added to the intros and in game movies, so she appears to be.

One recent discussion from the think tank that is 2ch centers around a most puzzlingly enigma - What exactly was Tsumugi doing in episode 10 of K-ON! rocking her hands sideways and chanting “Yoisho-Yoisho?”

Many hypothesis were thus produced, encompassing such a wide spectrum of possibilities that, in all likelihood, one of them is correct. Some personal favorites include:

She was massaging Yui’s oppai from afar.

She was sending electronic transmissions to E.T.

She was playing a game with faeries that can only be seen by the truly pure of heart.

It was the “Go!” sign for the local angels waiting on stand-by.

She was practicing her oppai kneading technique.

She was pretending to toss around the beach ball the girls were playing with.

The direct rays of the sun made her go loopy.

She’s not an especially athletic person, so she was mentally pumping herself up by doing practice beach ball throws.

She was concerned for Azusa, and so was doing a “cold weather” dance…what an angel!

It was black magic to make Ritsu’s oppai grow.
Many of these were accompanied by supporting arguments, which can safely be skipped over for the sake of brevity, as I’m sure you are capable of forming your own.

Although the answers were varied, most seemed to fall into these basic categories…

Combining two of Japan’s favorite edibles, schoolgirls and the Korean dish Kimchi, these 女子高生キムチ / High School Girl Kimchi boxes come complete with cover art of a cute schoolgirl, utilizing the otaku-attracting marketing technique already seen to sell Ita-Rice, Ita-Curry, Ayanami Ita-Ramen, and Nagi-sama butter.

The Kimchi is marketed as including 100% Korean chiles, and having its collagen resemble the suppleness of a young schoolgirl’s skin, so we can assume future consumers are in for a treat.
